Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom engraved items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• There is an engraving error made by us
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
• Personalized / custom engraved items
• Items returned without prior approval
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary.
